THE PARTNERS

Geoffrey Brown

Geoffrey Brown is Winchester born and breed, and from a very young age began his relationship with the arts and nature. He started at the real flower company 10 years ago and now works as a gardner and has the privilage of working in some beautiful gardens including Wolvsey Palace WInchester. Since owning the wood his attentions have grown towards woodland managment and permaculture design. His combination of environmental knowledge with a background in the creative arts has been a great inspiration !

Kate Hadley

Kate Hadley came to Winchester via King Alfreds College where she obtained her batchelor of arts degree in community orientated arts and drama.  Based still in Winchester  she now specializes in working with young people within a range of capacities -  as a youth worker for Hampshire county youth service and as a freelance community film/drama facilitator.

SInce Finding Spinney Hollow  Kate  has developed further her interest in using outdoor natural spaces as a place for learning and performance. Both Her and Geoffrey are keen to develop part of the wood as an outdoor theatre space! Hopefully more information on that this year!
